Many phone calls informing me of progress ie: no of people interested and inspecting premises. I was very pleased with how quickly any problems were dealt with on my behalf for the benefit of the tenant ensuring good working relationships between landlord, real estate agent and tenant. Janet was very professional, informative and honest. We wanted to sell our property quickly, at least get it on the market quickly and see the response.
